Horrible! Bait and switch tactics. Falsely advertised price of vehicle for $30,000. After I took off half the afternoon to go there, test drive the vehicle and fill out paperwork was then told my the manager Alberto that it was $37,000 but he would sell it to me for $34,000. I was furious! Unethical and a complete waste of my time.

The saleman told us that they had the car for 140 days, had $2K in the car for detailing and oil changes, and would not honor the Truecar price I was sent, this after telling us how great the car was and that if we didn't buy it he would. This was the most stressful experience I've ever had buying a car. They did not have the car I requested online available. They gave me a different one that needed new Brakes and tires. It took me 3 weeks to have them taking care of the brakes that I ending up paying a % out of pocket. I will never ever go back to Merlex Auto group. It's been a month I still can't get my tag.

Horrible customer service. The cars advertised had already been sold and I drove 45 minutes there even though I spoke to a rep who confirmed the car was available. It looks like they advertise low prices to get you to come there and then show you their more expensive cars. Those sold cars are still being advertised. Terrible experience with them.

After I contacted the dealer on their 2014 Mercedes E-350 4 matic with the Amg package their price went from 10,996 to 14,996. In the original write up they said that the car ran perfectly. When I asked why the price increase they replied that there was maintenance performed on it to ensure it ran perfectly... typical bait and switch. Will never give them my money.

Caution!! They have hidden fees. Can be upwards of $3000.00 On top of vehicle cost. Etta cost are not listed in ads or on their website. They Will tell you the vehicle is there when you contact them and when you drive 2 hours to get there.. its not there or was just sold. They are hard to deal with and VERY unprofessional!! Making you a happy customer is not their goal!! Buy at your own risk!!

Deceptive price advertising. Friendly staff but everything comes off as a lie once they tell you the car is $4000 more than it's listed for. They claim advertised price is the wholesale price. That isn't what's advertised. So if you get caught up on people to be seemingly super friendly, then you will probably fall for their trap. If you like honesty, avoid wasting your time with them. The worst thing about the whole experience is that their price for the car was in line with other similar vehicles. But since they were not honest with their listing there was no way we were going to do business.
