I thought things would be worse than it was. Warranty work was completed in a timely manner, but I still shouldn't be having warranty work done 2x on a car owned for 6 months. Thank goodness this time, the repairs weren't as extensive as I had anticipated.

Performed Service B in time frame committed. All items addressed. Car was not cleaned as the washing machine was "broken". Richard did excellent job of regularly keeping us updated during service process. Got approx $1000 worth of regular service; figure out a way to clean the car.
