The service department at Mercedes Benz in Maplewood is great. They were transparent about my vehicle's service from the second it was dropped off until pick up. They attached videos of the service and work that needed to be performed. Billing and review of services needed was accurate and also transparent. I was able to do it all online which made it very convenient for me as I live 2 hours away.

Mady in the service department is a wonderful, caring employee as well as person. She went above and beyond my expectations. Alex the one that worked on my car is a genius and deserves all the praise as well. He helped figure out how to cut my bill in half and still made sure everything was running properly.
