it was a pleasant experience overall. But seeing someone putting up their bare feet on the sofa in the lounge area and sleep/rest like they are in their own house is something not expected. But overall its a very nice experience. The place is clean and bright, the repair and inspection is quick and efficient. And their little bistro their makes good omelettes.

Battery issue was not solved until I was stranded in supermarket.barely few days after the service. I had to return the car to the location without loaner car. I'm not impressed by the attitude of the representative. She cares less but still have to pay for the labor again.

Terrible I am never buying a Mercedes again warranty is open to interpretation which means they get out of everything somehow nothing is under warranty that you pay for. Repair takes for ever. And you be lucky if you get someone to respond to you in a week

The repairs took longer than expected. When I called three times to find out the status of the repairs and find out what the issues were, I had to leave messages and none of my calls were returned. We were expecting the car to repaired on a Thursday and did not receive ANY type of notification that it would not be ready as expected nor the reason why.

No follow up on questions I had. Still left with no answers. Was supposed to find out answers and get back to me. Never did. The noise in the dealership was loud so guess they were real busy. To busy to follow up, or, just forgot about me... Not my kind of dealership experience I would ever want when spending my money as a customer.

Unable to get itemized breakdown of bill when we asked. Our assigned service agent was unprofessional to staff. Took longer than expected to just drop off the car when we only needed service b and recall clip replaced. We were constantly asked to have additional service done but when we said no repeatedly, our agent stated "your car is safe to drive". Overall, a weird and unpleasant experience.

Amir is the absolute best. What makes him great at least in my eyes? His caring demeanor, his down to earth approach, and his ability to explain things. His service skills are awesome. They did NOT provide the service that was prepaid, they said they did NOT have the tools to do it. What tools were they missing? The wrench necessary to remove the oil filter of a Volvo s60! What a pathetic excuse. And I paid for the service in advance. NEVER AGAIN!

So far the service that I have received has been very good. Chris has always been helpful and alert to helping me achieve complete satisfaction to my needs concerning my GLB 250 . I take my hat off to " James " in the body shop.
He ordered a part that was missing on the right front spoiler where the " tow " is. Painted it and replaced it himself in order for me to have my vehicle ready to drive to Ft. Pierce for Christmas!

My biggest complaint would be how long it takes for the service. It was only maintenance but it was over 3 hours. The other thing I don't like is being bugged about replacing the tires. I am surprised that Pirelli tires need to be replaced after only 20,000 miles?

I came in for a standard service A. Left center and all was well. Next day had dashboard message Check Coolant Level. Had to go back to have it checked. My service advisor ask meto come back on Tuesday. But she was not there. Service department was confused but they got the problem solved

overall service was fine as usual. however, for the first time, they tried to upsell additional services and actually bundled in a non-essential service in with a standard checkup. if id just paid without double checking as i usually do i wouldve paid about $300 more than needed.

Took it in for a recall that involved a check engine light. They had the car a WEEK! And told me it needed all new O2 sensors. Wire harness, all new cam shaft position sensors, and engine control unit. Even though the car runs perfect. Over $16000!!! A different garage fixed 1 O2 sensor and the light went off! Problem solved and only $295! Save your time and money! Go anywhere else!
