I highly recommend the service center at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. I've never had an issue they always do a good job with regular maintenance and fix repairs the first time never having to go back.

Very fast to arrange the appointment. Work was also completed very quickly. Inside of car was left smudged and they had trouble registering the new air bag module with MB. It was still open at the time I picked up the car. I have an underlying concern this will be a problem later proving this recall was done.

When I went into the dealership and spoke to a salesman , gave him the information .He was unaware and would check on the vehicle , came back and told me it was in reserve . he took my number and said he would call me as soon as he knew anything , and he would keep eye out for any similar vehicles . Have not heard anything from the dealership , it has been a while . He did not inquire if I was interested in anything else .

Rochester Mercedes service department is really good. They make sure to look at the history of the maintenance, so they don't redo something that's been recently done. It's a bit pricey but you get the quality.
