Went in for an oil change at 1pm.
At 5pm, I was advised they could not remove filter.
Had to leave vehicle, no service car was available. I did get a Lyft.
Asked for vacuum, it was not done. I requested it again, it was a rushed job.
Only thing that I was happy with is man at the store cashier than lent me his phone charger, and my named displayed as "welcome" when I drove in.
Other than that, I did not get Mercedes experience.
