Gabriel at the Oxnard Mercedes Service Shop has been amazing to work with. Reviewed the service before and after in depth. Made sure if we had an issue, questions or anything that came up, he gave us his cell to be able to reach him anytime. I've had other sprinter service managers at other locations in the US that haven't given us good service so we look to return back here for our next appointment.

Car was dirty, i changed the oil but the reset bottom never been reset, did the B7service but never reset the bottom. I came to pickup my car no one knew where is it at ,i don't know if my service was done or not But other then that everything was great .for that I gave the low stars.if I didn't know the service Mgr and the most the crew their i would've given lower stars
