The service was efficient and timely. The staff was gracious and friendly. The breakfast was a surprise. The Cook was not welcoming, she did not stop folding paper nor look up a s I stood and waited. I spoke twice before she paused. No smile just "attitude." If she does not like interacting with the public she needs to go home or YOU need to train her.

They were not able to remove wheels from my car stating they are seized and will get damaged. They wanted me to give them approval to damage my car and than charge me for new wheels that are around $2000 a piece. I went to local body shop they removed wheels and replaced tires with 0 issues and 0 damages. It's just weird that Mercedes dealer can't work on Mercedes cars....

took a week to service because they didn't even know they didn't have the correct tool to remove the part i originally stated was broken upon arrival until the day of promised pick up because i was supposed to move out of state then when it was finally "ready" three days later it broke down not even a mile away due to faulty labor and or parts delaying my departure even more.
