Generally, I appreciate the professional competence of those who who performed the maintenance service on my car behind the scene and the front office guy who supervised it. The service cost a lot relatively speaking but sometimes quality costs money.

I appreciated service dept. allowing me to stop in on short notice to take a look at why my turn signals have no audible sound (some say very faint) even tho in my opinion the problem still exists as the car had the sound when I drove it home only two months ago.

Mercedes-Benz of Omaha - always provides excellent service. My 15,000 mile A service - primo! I had asked them to check the air filter and, to do an alignment; my bill was significantly less than I had anticipated because the service manager advised me that I didn't need either of those services! Honest company!!

Horrible service. You have to be very clear and pay for absolutely everything, they will not check any of the common maintenance items out unless you pay for a $100 dollar inspection. They kept my car for 3 weeks, lied to me and sent me on my way with the problem unfinished, I brought it back and they charged me even more to fix it.

Last year in October I did a 60000 mile service but they didn't record the service. Now every time, twice to be precise after that major service that I paid thousands they keep telling me it needs to be done. It's not even 15000 miles yet. Now I am wondering if I paid for the service that was not done at all. I keep receiving emails from them telling me to schedule the same service despite me talking to them about it and when this was done and I paid for it

They appear to be understaffed in the service area. Person to person communication is difficult. Mostly done by text or email. Not the personal touch.
