Using the advertised vehicle as click bait, and then offering you comparable vehicle to you instead of the one inquired on. Very pushy "matter of fact" salesman, that seem to think only they can offer you this deal of a lifetime, and still are sending me spam emails almost a month later

The assigned service manager is excellent, very knowledgeable, communicative and easy to work with. My only concern was the time it took to perform the "A" service. Granted they did replace the battery and wash the car, but 3 hours is a bit of a stretch.

I was in a tricky situation where my car broke down outside of town (due to one bad wheel speed sensor), and they helped me promptly and did not make any attempt to oversell me on any repairs. The staff were incredibly caring and courteous through the entire ordeal.

Was thorough, comprehensive, had top mechanic. Only shock was bottom line, they forgot to include the service price when they told me the cost. So was a bit more than quoted but then again why would that be a shock...it is Mercedes! Good people, beautiful facility.

Check engine light was on. The outcome was that it needed an adblue sensor and it had bad gaskets that were leaking oil. I went for a second opinion. I was shown a picture of my engine and told my engine was dry and not leaking. Also I did not need an adblue sensor I only needed 2 gallons of adblue.

My experience with the handling of my vehicle was great. The reason why I bought my vehicle in for service is because I could not find the correct Towing Hitch for my vehicle for over a year. They told me that they would find one and put it on my vehicle. They didn't realize that I had been trying to get this hitch done for over a year. This was a challenge for them and took them a while to find the correct part for my vehicle because my vehicle was not like everyone else. It was a 2021 3500 Mercedes Sprinter Cargo Van with dully wheels. Even though this vehicle hitch was hard to find they were determined to get the correct one and they did. Finally, they found the correct hitch for my vehicle and put it on and it looks great. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle, I thought that they were going to replace my original step bumper with a smaller bumper, but they didn't have to do that. During this waiting time, it was worth it. I did received calls with updates about my vehicle timely. They offered me a rental vehicle as I needed it for my work. I would recommend Mercedes to my friend and family or anyone who wants to know..
