I took the car to this dealership for routine maintenance. The loaner car - 3 years newer than my car, was given to me without any instructions as to how to work the controls!! I am not sure if they thought I knew how to operate this car or what, but it was a miserable three hours of use! I finally returned to the dealership to try to get some instructions only to discover my cars' service was complete! Thank goodness!

Service advisor was excellent in terms of knowledge and easy communication. I explained a problem I was having that had not been dealt with effectively by another Mercedes dealership. She immediately had a tentative diagnosis and the technicians later confirmed it. A part had to be replaced, but it was not in stock at the dealership. It was obtained promptly,and my car was ready to go within 30 hours.

I was very impressed with the service at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach. Can, our service representative, was very thorough, explaining what the service entailed, how long it should take, etc. He kept us informed as to the progress of the service and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The dealership had a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments. Excellent service!

Everything went according to schedule. I was dealt with promptly and Cody was his usual, efficient and helpful. Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach is a much better facility than the one in Delray Beach. I wouldn't go back to that Delray Dealership even if I was being paid to do that.

Charged me $1,342. to replace spark plugs, but not reported to CarFax. Mercedes mechanic said not needed, plugs good for 100,000 miles! I was told the car needed motor mounts & trans mount (leaking). Also needed valve cover gaskets (leaking). Second opinion by Mercedes mechanic reported that the car needed NONE OF THE ABOVE!

Frankly, it was disappointing. Had a 1:15 appt for express service. Basically an oil change, fluids top up and new wiper blades. Took 25 minutes before even checking me in and came back to me in another hour and half to say they had to keep the car overnight, because they couldnt get to it. Had to use a loaner. Car was ready until after 2:00pm the following day.

One star only. Terrible. Had my car for 4 days before it went into her shop after I complained. Had to order a replacement tire. After 10 days they called me to bring it in. After I dropped the car off I had to go back because they told me that they had sold the tire already and had to order another one. Worst Mercedes Dealer Ive ever dealt with.
