You blow!Charged me 3887.00 for bs I could have had done for way less. Girl said my car was undrivable. Did she know I was driving it every day? Lost my key n you got me to shell out 4k im seriously beyond disgusted. Ty for rental fot what 3 days? Yes ty i will never bring my car back to Manchester Mercedes!!! Good day!

I reviewed your vehicle information and the subframe rot was a safety concern and the brake lines we replaced were heavily rotted and half price when done with the warranty covered subframe. It looks like the Advisor did have an Enterprise vehicle we paid for when the vehicle was unexpectedly towed in with the keys lost. The sales staff was great and knew the car well even though it was not "their" brand. Financing was easy. In and out within about 1 hour. Only issue that still needs to be resolved is that the car was sold with 2 keys but only one of them is accurate with the car. Working to get this resolved.

They have had our vehicle five times and have not resolved the issue. We purchased it on 318 2025 with the understanding that it was a CPO. We found out that they sold it under false pretense. They did the certification 5 24 2026. Our vehicle is now a CPO. They have not resolved the issue as of today.

Service completion was delayed by two days. No loaner was offered. I had to go there 3 times. First to drop the car, second, they told me the car was ready then I ubered oall the way there and was told the car was not ready. Then Mercedes offered to drop the car after service was completed and never followed through. I had to uber again to pickup my car. So disappointed with the lack of communication, timing and unnecessary Uber costs.

They have now taken the car twice to fix the camera rattling noise. While they did not fix it, now they are in denial about it and attribute it to a normal operation of a car. However, that is a lie because their foreman took a ride with me in another car, and it did not have that noise. They are not able to fix it and their General Sales Manager tell me to play the radio louder so I don't hear that noise. So sad! so bad!

I pulled my suv into the dealership to have a brake booster replaced from recall. They completed the job but blew a brake line. They let me drive out without brakes. Brakes worked fine before the recall service was done. I actually had to call a tow truck and get it towed to 603 Mtech. They did the replaced the brakes likes with oem parts for less then half price as the dealership.
