We were leaving for vacation the next day, and I needed to be sure that the tire wasn't losing pressure. One week later the light came back on and I have been trying to get in touch with my service advisor and couldn't get a call back. That's not a good customer service.

Had an appointment at 7:30 am to get my service done. Wife dropped the car off and found out that it would take 4 hours to complete and that they'd call with any questions or changes. Didn't have a loaner car or shuttle available. 3 unreturned phone calls and 9 hours later, they finally called to let her know the car was done and that the keys would be left in the car unlocked.
