I received a coupon from AutoNation recently by text. The coupon was good for 15% off for services. I spent over $2300 , but was told the maximum discount was $ 200. I did not see this limitation on the coupon. I thought the dealer was dishonest in not honoring what they have offered.

The car came in for check engine light on. It ran a little rough twice in last month. They returned obviously with out driving it, because it was 10 times worse than I brought it in and now I couldn't even drive it all! They didn't care nor even want to help.

I had an excellent service advisor. He listened to my complaints and wrote them down then he would let the maintenance technician take a look at them. He kept me updated on the work that was done on the car and after it was finished, he told me that the car was ready for pickup. Everyone did an outstanding job.

She had us test drive the car and made sure it was cleaned and the dirty parts changed before the car was delivered. The only sad thing is that the missing part has not been replaced till now.
