My service agent Victor is GREAT, polite and very knowledgeable. The price I paid for my service was borderline predatory. It cost $25 per sparkplug, Labor $760. Totally unacceptable. I have many friends who own a Mercedes and doesn't return to the dealership. I may be one of them.
