They sold me insurance that was supposed to cover seat replacements, which is exactly what the finance guy told me when I signed the papers. But then I found out it only covers stains and cleaning them. Lol, pretty funny, right?

Reason I lowered the rating was that the description of the car was incorrect (was blue and not grey). Didn't like the color at all and probably wouldn't have driven over there if it had been accurate.
