The worst experience ever. The maintenance team sent us a video and a quote. We agrees to it and the. The next day they discovered something that should had been caught before sending us the 1st quote. They said they discounted us but after reviewing the bill they only too 100.00 ofd the total cost
All we heard were excuses from th Service Manager and his staff. We will never take out Mercedes back here.

He ordered the parts and the technician made the necessary repairs and replacement of damaged part. The rental advisor promptly assigned me a new vehicle and was back in the road.
