Yearly maintenance plus a fuel recall plus a touch up on rims of 2 tires took from 8:20-2:05 PM. No loaner available and after 4 hours or so they said they could take me somewhere and pick me up. I decided to stay put, but in the future, will request a loaner before I make appointment. Staff friendly and apologized for the delay.

Communication during the actual repair of windshield on 12/18/24 could have been way better. Car was kept overnight and there was no call, text, or email to notify us of this.
12/18/24 started with call from dealership at 8:15 am that valet was on way to pick up vehicle (45min drive) arrived at 12:15pm. No call from dealership to explain delay. We called them to find out what was going on. Appointment was for 9:30am

Joe is nice and professional. I'll bring my car again to this dealership. Most dealerships hate old (8 years and older) Mercedeses, and ask to sign a document that they are not responsible for anything they breake. Here, they respect your car. I love it. Super polite and friendly.

Wait Time was terrible. Just for oil change maintenance. Was at dealership at 10:00 for appointment, was told about 2 hours. I left there 2:30. Waiting area was horrible. No TV, 2 round tables with 2 chairs, a bar w/bar stools, very uncomfortable. Coffee & snacks, etc. we're fine. The Mercedes dealership a couple of years ago was great. No now. Absolutely terrible & long wait time.

Went in for the"A" Service and to clear up two recalls (Software updates). Also had them check out an issue with the cruise control. They found a bad fuel injector wire from the Cruise control computer. They overnighted the part and had me back in the car by the next afternoon, all covered under the warranty!!

Service was professional and although I am unable to verify the mechanics of what was done with Service B, the dealership has washed my vehicle each time I've been in and it is a very poor wash. The exterior especially the back was not completely clean and there is no detailing inside. It appeared to be vacuumed but no windows were cleaned nor dash or interior wiped clean. The exterior wash needs to be improved greatly.

The tires inflation was not checked, and I returned home in my vehicle and the tire inflation indicator came on while driving showing 29 PSI in each tire. Not a big deal to inflate the tires, but this should have been corrected by the technician during an expensive A service. In addition, the check engine light came on as soon as I returned home, necessitating a return trip to the shop, where a sensor had been loosened during the service. Overall, not pleased.
