Great customer service. It's very helpful that they come to my house, pick up my car and then bring it back to me after they are finished since I live 45 minutes from the dealer. I like how the technician takes a video of your car up on the lift and points out everything underneath that looks good or needs attention. I also like how they have a secure payment system.

They expertly fixed the scratch on the front right tire rim. I was disappointed to learn the headrests for the second row passenger seats are not flush with the top of the seatbacks and stick out to the point that they block a portion of the view out the back window.
