The service has been stellar and they have always had an emergency loaner car available for me, even when I've had a flat tire and they've had no notice. They did a great job on the electrical when they serviced it, but they took care of a recall on the power brake booster. They had to take my wipers off and they cracked my windshield and they denied it. the crack was not there previously my regular garage, and I had a witness in the car with me that the crack was not there before I dropped off my Mercedes.
