Overall the service (brake inspection) was good. They were able to work me into a very busy schedule, which is always welcome. There was a bit of a hiccup with the "shuttle", waiting an excessive length of time with no update, until I inquired. I'm not sure where the breakdown was. They did offer an adjustment to the cost of the service, which was appreciated.

Our salesman Grahm was wonderful. He sent me a video walk around and off the interior. Scott did all the financing over the phone due to the fact we was 3 hours away. As I've said many times before, these guys are the "Mercedes" of service departments. (I'm borrowing the concept from the old . . . very old . . . expression: "Cadillac treatment". And, actually, my Cadillac dealer's service department didn't treat me - or my car - as well as these folks do.) Great service at MB of Columbia though!

Great prompt service. Was ready to buy,but my husband talked sense into me. Even had a loan from my bank. One negative--they asked if I wanted to hold the car for $250 so that I could get him to change his mind--and I thought that was a little low-rent--but I get it, they're car salesmen. will most likely buy from this group in the future.
