they take 6 hours for a oil change. got there at 8am and get out about 3:30pm. people come in and get out and im still there. tell them about a noise on the tire and was told is normal when is not. i will not recommend this place. beside that they didn't report the correct miles. worst place i ever been

Hit a pothole and blew out 2 tires on a Sunday evening. Car towed to Dealership next morning. Spent all day at Dealership but they were able to get me out by closing so I could head home (a 5 1/2-hour drive). Robin was outstanding! She was persistent in contacting and obtaining my insurance coverage for tires. She was hung up on numerous times by insurance. Once before this happened and the dealership I was at could not get my insurance to cover because they said they could not get through. I will be coming to Memphis area very frequently now that my son has moved there. I plan on getting my maintenance and service done at your dealership while I am there.
