Recurring check engine lights on this new car. It can happen on a new model. The service team keeps telling me how I am driving the car wrong. Totally unacceptable attitude. Driving Mercedes for many years, but this may be my last due to service experience.

Service center staff at MB of Centerville are always the greatest. Doing everything possible to care for my vehicle and complete the work as quickly as possible. Cleaning is the last step in my visit. An extremely expensive experience just for common service such as oil and filter change and replace cabin filter.

Took the car to 3 independent shops because let's be honest the dealership is unnecessarily expensive! However they couldn't get it exactly how I wanted it. Took it in, told them exactly what I wanted done, picked it up the next day and it was exactly how I wanted it done. I would go back if it was something I feel that only the dealer can get right.

My wife and I have been customers of Mercedes of Centerville, Ohio (fka Bob Ross Mercedes) for more than 30 years and have purchased several Mercedes vehicles, both new and used, through this dealership. The personnel and service have been consistently excellent. Perfect? Of course not, but one often learns more about a business by how the occasional (rare in this case) glitches are handled. The 5 Star rating is thoroughly deserved!

The people at Bob Ross are excellent. The new scheduling service that they are using that is an outside company is not so great. They told me I wasn't eligible for a loaner when I actually was. They are not quick to get messages to the service department and they are hard to understand and do not speak English as a first language. However, the local people are outstanding and am always happy with their service

I Needed my tire service. Clearly the man didnt listen to me when I told him my tire is losing air and Im a traveling nurse on the hwy daily seeing clients. He looked at my tires and had me turn my steering wheel and said nothings wrong! I said but my gauge is telling me otherwise! He nope its fine! Now Im stuck with a flat needing air!! If he only would have did his job.

I noticed after coming home and they were like just come anytime and we will put on. They dont care about customer time and convenience at all. Pathetic service. I would rate 0 star if thats an option.

Thought I had a major problem when I saw oil on one side of the engine. I had already had an appointment scheduled for service when this was noticed. Called the dealer and they got me in right away. Ended up to be a creaked oil filler cap. Nice surprise.
