The service advisor kept me in the loop fairly well during the entire process. My vehicle is older and had a unique issue that most service technicians have little experience with. Parts availability was a major challenge, but has been since I took the vehicle to the dealerships from day 1. I didnt have my vehicle for approximately 4 weeks, but currently it appears the technicians did their due diligence and fixed it right.

Car fax let me know that one owner could mean it was never sold. Another site told me test drives use 2k to 6 k miles. So, since the car had under 3k miles, I asked if the original warranty still stands since the car wasnt sold. He never emailed me again. Just because a car didnt sell that year does not mean its not new. You deserve a full warranty.
