I made an appointment for an oil change 3 weeks in advance but when I arrived the appointment was not scheduled, this has happened before.
However, Joseph Spencer, my service advisor was fantastic and got me in anyway. He is an asset to the dealership and hands down the most professional and accommodating person I have ever had the pleasure of working with at Mercedes!

Updates were not provided at the promised time/date and no one would pick phone/respond to voice messages. However once the vehicle was taken up for diagnosis and repair, all work was done to satisfaction. Mer-Benz prices continue to remain very high for both parts and labor.

Dominic Farace was the service representative and he was fantastic. My check engine light turned on and I needed urgent service to address the issue. Dominic saved the day and had me back in the road a couple of hours later even though I did not have an appointment and I was a first time customer. I would recommend this dealership and Dominic to anyone. In fact, I have already verbally started doing so.

My run flat tire popped at the Canadian border late in the evening. Buffalo was the closest dealer so we took a chance and turned around. The assistant service manager was so kind and helpful and the technician was so efficient that we made it to our appointment in Toronto on time. Literally the best service I have ever experienced. Above and beyond with no fuss. Really exceptional.

For a small Mercedes dealership they do a reasonable job. Moving to Buffalo from Dallas is a significant difference in lesser level of service, less technology interface for customer service, and the Buffalo waiting room amenities do not live up to the Mercedes standards of comfort. Lots of improvements needed.

We had engine problems leaving Niagara Falls. The service department was fully booked but the service manager worked us in as an emergency. We arrived about 0930. They had the the issue diagnosed as wiring damage caused by a squirrel. They were able to splice the wires and we were back on the road by 1200.

Took the truck there 4xs , about shocks and was told nothing was wrong and charged for a rear wheel alignment. Soon as I left the lot the truck bottomed out on the shocks . Had to schedule a appointment with a mechanic, only when he herd the did they replace all 4 gas shocks , took 8 months to finely get it fixed. Bet if it was out of warrantee they would have told me exactly what was wrong.
