I had a great experience at the Mercedes service center. Service Advisor Ricardo Caldera was professional and courteous. Technician Martin was thorough and provided a detailed video inspection. The lounge was clean and comfortable, and the loaner process was efficient.

The milage entered on the service receipt was incorrect by 3,000 miles. The milage entered was 29,064; however, the correct mileage is 26,064. I have discussed the issue with David Rockwell, but to date I have not received a written confirmation that the database has been corrected.

Michael,Service Technician provided a thorough report and provided recommendations along with my normal Summer A Service (Oil Chg, Diagnostics).

Easy, online scheduling - able to secure next-day appointment. Drop off is quick & convenient. Customer Lounge is comfortable & stocked with great snacks and coffee.
