The courtesy driver who drove me home while the car was being serviced and to driving me back to their service center was very polite and courteous. The first time i did take my car there after one week i heard noise at bumpers and drive well I called them thy said bring it back then i did take it then thy check it and one off them he did luffs at me because my car was had 173k mile But i didn't focus with him because i really respect Mercedes Benz and i trust it,if it have 1m mils but my service was good at b2 the technician did good job

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from them, they were a pleasure to work with. Being from out of state I had plenty of questions and requests about the vehicle. Great staff, work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I am still not real sure I needed an alignment and the idea that "we can't tell if you need an alignment until we do the alignment " makes absolutely no sense to me.
