I schedule my appointment for my vehicle to be picked up from my job for 9am. I called Mercedes-Benz Beaumont to why my vehicle hadn't been picked up at 10:30am. My vehicle was picked up at 12:30. I never got an email for additional work that needed to be done to my vehicle. My car was suppose to return to my job by 4pm and I had to go get it from them. I am not happy.

Brought car service in November . Picked car and had to bring back for same problem. While they had my car the radiator crack. This was not like that when brought in for service. They can't tell me what happen. I had to pay for this service.
They should have been responsible for payments.

I asked for an inspection bc I thought that my vehicle needed that. I was confused about the year on the windshield sticker. I could have been told that I didn't need an inspection yet .. or at least asked WHY I wanted the inspection!
