I took my 2026 G 63 racently got a simple repair, the car stayed for a whole day then finally they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I offered to pay out of pocket for the part (they claimed it's not covered by the warranty even though the car has only 8k on it), then they said we have to order the part and I never heard back from them after that despite many phone calls I put out for the last 4 weeks.

Quick and efficient. Such a nice touch to fill up the gas tank and wash the car. What I didn't like was the incorrect part was ordered originally and it took over a week for the coreect part but communication was not great. I had to call to find out the part was finally in.

Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead did an excellent job on my car's maintenance and oil change. As the car is getting older now, they not only did the regular type A maintenance, but they replaced my existing engine cover area and the older related stuff. I was amazed. The entire engine area looks like brand new. They always leave my car in great condition. Highly recommend.

They are over priced. The service department inflates the cost of service and is always pushing people to buy new cars. I always had to clean my interior after each visit. The last one they broke my rear view mirror. I'll never return.
