Untimely communication by advisors. His response was not timely to critical questions I raised. He took over 48 hours to respond and one item I asked to be checked was not addressed so now I have to return. Each trip for servicing requires about 4 hours of time going and coming so it is important to have items check and respond timely.

It should be noted that he goes above and beyond in ensuring that customers feel satisfied and at ease with whatever recommendations are made from the technicians. Furthermore, I feel that the process is always seamless; from drop-off to pick-up, I've not had ANY significant issues getting my vehicle serviced at MBA.

I took my car in to have a minor dent/scratch repaired and 24 days later when I return to pick my car up my drivers seat was broken and they refused to fix my seat as well as my car went in service with 98,120 miles picked up with 98,143 miles and cousin center is o. The premise and there was no need for test drive so why was the extra mileage on my car.

So appreciate the drop off and immediate service to replace my flat out of prior appointment. Communication with the service advisor was almost nonexistent. When it was done, I got a voicemail, but I was unable to find him when I arrived, and waited about 20 minutes before somebody would check me out.
