Bought a 2 year old Range Rover from this yard. Drove 10 miles up the highway then the low engine oil message appeared. Engine required a full quart of oil as it was not registering on the dipstick. Windshield washer required 1 1/2 quarts of water , and key fob required battery replacement. Pretty poor considering the car supposedly underwent a "full multi point inspection" and I just dropped north of 100k on it.

Lies from the get go. They "diagnosed" my car with needing a new transmission and refused to do the flush like they promised. And refused to sell me a power train warranty. They told me a flush wouldn't do anything and good luck finding a mechanic to replace my transmission. They were wrong.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They kept my car all day with no updates, and only after I called several times did I learn they hadn't done a single thing. When I came to pick it up, they tried to charge me for an "inspection" they never actually completed. The manager eventually admitted it. Absolutely terrible service. I won't be back.

Staff check in efficient. Trouble with service internet which caused hour + delay. I understand the problem was out of their control but I had to keep checking after being told it would be 15 mins. which turned into a hour. I didn't feel like a priority. A one hour smog check turned into three hours.
