Service for the recall repair was done at a descent time. My car did smell like gas for a day. I didn't like the fact they tried to charge me something I only asked over the phone about it first before agreeing because of what the amount was to why I asked and not agree to it. The person in charge was able to cancel the charge.

I'm 75 years old and my car is way more clever than me. Trevor helped me reconnect my phone to my car and answer many other questions I'd been troubled with over the past 8 months, He was patient, kind and professional. I had my first servicing following the purchase of this car In June 2024. I also had door protector strips installed. I was there for approximately 90 min. The waiting room was filled but I have no complaints. Thanks

Got charged $100 for an oil change that should have been free. I was entitled to two free oil changes with the purchase of my car but because I was put off beyond the two-year mark because of two recalls on my vehicle I got charged for the oil change. I will never purchase another Honda again and I have purchased five in the past few years.

Bryan was friendly and helpful when checking in Cr-V. The diagnosis was performed quickly, a part was ordered, and the repair was performed quickly the following day. The service experience was excellent. More than 2,000 miles were driven after the repair, and the issue was resolved.

This dealer has the best price for oil change and they used original oil and filter, the multi point check in your vehicle indicates that you might need to fix other issues. Service and parts associates are nice and polite.
