Very responsive dealership. Within 24hrs I was contacted and informed that the auto would not pass state inspection. I was super surprised that they did not keep that to themselves. I was later contacted to check my interest but I had already decided on another auto. This purchase was for my son but if I am ever in need of a another purchase in that area they would be among the first to be contacted.

We went to see a car with 65,000 miles on it. I told them I was coming from VA. We set up an appointment, and drove there to find out the car wouldnt start, and they said, oh no, it wouldnt pass inspection. They could have saved us a trip, by telling us it wouldnt start. Carfax also has this truck way overvalued.

I had a negative experience. As I test dove the car, I put a compact disc into the cd player to check out the sound system. After the test drive was over, I tried to eject the CD and it wouldn't eject. I was told their mechanic would get my CD out the next day. I texted them to see if they were successful. They were not. They made minimal effort. They texted me back saying it was too costly to take the head unit out to retrieve my CD and that the shop was too busy. Then they had the gall to ask me if I still wanted the car ! I Am Not Happy! Here is the text they sent me ; Morning Chris, Rob at Membercar. We are not able to get the CD out of the Yaris, our shop is backed up and will be too costly to remove the head unit. Are you still interested in buying the Yaris?
