This is my worst experience in a shop for my entire life. I bring there my 2015 Mercedes c300 for parking break inoperative, they make me change the rotor, the caliper and everything in the rear brake system worth $2800 still the light is On. Nothing changed. After all they are telling me to go to Mercedes.

This last time I got my daughter's car fixed up for her trip back to Colorado and I'm so glad I got the 4 new tires because she ran into heavy thunderstorms. You can't do better than Meineke York.

Everything was Okay until I came to pick up the car. The gentleman behind the counter kept ignoring me and stayed on the phone instead of saying, " I'll be with you in a minute." I must have waited at least five minutes while he kept talking. I guess being a woman had something to do with it, or my money wasn't good enough for you.

The manager and the techs were very polite and helpful in finding out about an upper control arm that was bad and could have caused a loss of steering or worse. The car was fixed as promised and at a reasonable cost within my budget.
Would highly recommend them for your vehicle service and friendly staff.

The service performed was good, along with the diagnosis and recommendations for further service. However, the front strut replacement job left the steering wheel 5-10 degrees off-center, noticeable enough for the driver to notice and degrade the resale value of the car. The car tracks fine, but the steering wheel is noticeably off-center.

i went for oil chsnge...they WITHOUT ASKING ROTATED MY TIRES. SAID FORD LUG NUTS WONT FIT THE WRENCH BECAUSE THEY SWELL.
SO INSTEAD OF ME JUST PAYING FOR OIL CHANGE....I HAD TO PAY FOR 20 LUG NUTS

I have started to user Meineke more often, especially if I receive promo discounts in the mail. I also steered my Goddaughter there. This was an inspection. They are thorough and professional. You won't get through if you have an issue. I am ok with that. But, why pay up to easily 50% more for another shop to tell you the same. I am fine with Meineke.

My car is a 2002 Honda. For a number of years the check engine light was on though the car operated beautifully. This fact gave me annual state inspection problems. Moved recently from MD to PA. Got car inspected by Meineke and their examination of car and repair with new solenoids corrected the problem. Excellent.

If I can rate zero stars I would. Horrible service. Liars. Said they called my warranty company and they didn't and then performed work without my approval and I had to pay several hundred dollars for work that is covered under warranty. Well never. NEVER use them again.
