This place is unethical. I was told I would be able to use my Meineke rewards to pay for service only to be told I couldn't after the service was completed. I ended up spending $880 that I was not prepared to spend. I had the money but a lot of people don't. That's a bad way to do business.

I found them to be very friendly and accommodating. John (last name unknown), the technician at the Vestavia location is absolutely outstanding. Not only is he knowledgeable and skilled, but he will take the time to discuss what was done to your vehicle in language that you can clearly understand. It is obvious he enjoys his job, and Meineke is lucky to have an employee of his character. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate John a 25.

Terrible service . Went in for service and I'm still having the same issue. Went back to the same business and let them know I was having the same issue the mechanic claimed he didn't hear anything but didn't take the time to recheck what they were supposed to fix in the first place

First time I ever paid thousands of dollars to pick up a repaired vehicle that doesn't work. While fixing other things they let the battery die and didn't tell me. I had to park the vehicle at home and change out the battery myself several days later. Once able to drive again, the vehicle can barely stay on the road and is much worse than before. I'm now having to take the vehicle to another shop to get it fixed right
