First I had to bring my car back 3 times .. for the same reason. It caused me to damage my radiator and engine which was not the original issue. I take some responsibility but if the problem was done right the first time I would have a car to drive.. poor service

Well, I'm glad I checked behind them because after my oil change because it wasn't even up to 2nd hole on the oil stick..Once I mentioned it to the gentleman he says the car wasn't on level ground but there wasn't much difference in car level if any. They did check recheck it again once back in shop and added the oil to make it right

Center attempted to disqualify the $20 off coupon until I showed them their address was on the coupon. Even though the Meineke web site says all oil changes include tire rotation, this deal says they don't and don't have to abide by the web site because they are a franchise. Kind of nasty experience.

Bought my car in for a routine check up after a major accident which left it parked in my driveway for 4 months while I repaired it and the staff was very helpful. They pointed out that I only needed two new back tires and a inner wheel rod. The staff there are always on point and are very helpful.
