Highly recommend the Meineke Car Care Center. Whitney was very helpful and gave me a good discount. All team sound professional and knowledgeable. I would use their services again. However, I drove to Oregon and my car broke, so I stopped and repaired my car at Reno. It was a great choice to pick this particular car repair.

I was there two weeks ago to have the throttle cable replaced. When I got in to my car My steering wheel was in the very top position. Very hard to get to the shifter on the column. Readjusted. I've been driving for about 2 weeks. Still having issues with the throttle cable. Stopped in on Saturday. They were short-handed so I had had to make a new appointment to have them readjust it. Now have a new appointment for today. 4-26-24

Had a appointment. Arrived for appointment and had to wait 45 minutes just to check in for my appointment. Told to go back in 3 hours. Arrived 3 hours later and still not started. Waited around for another hour for a basic oil change. Save your time and money. Go anywhere else but here!!! Employee at front was giving me attitude because I arrived to ask for my vehicle after 4 hours of my scheduled appointment .
