I paid almost 1900,and they still didn't fix the problem on my truck..I will never take my car there again..and then saidi need 300 more to fix it,,and they got upset with me because I put to much money in this truck already??.and the Manger said you need to get rid of it???REALLY..

Had my air conditioning break down. I walked in at their location without appointment. They accommodated me in their busy schedule and did the checks. Updated me with the problem and solution. As I was visiting St Louis, I opted to not do the replacement of the broken part as it would have taken a day to procure it.

The employee was honest and realistic about the repairs needed. The suggested repairs were costly and out of my price range at the time. They offered a credit plan to offset cost and remedy the budget issue. In addition, they gave valuable advice on how to move forward with cost-effective service in the future. Lastly, they made sure that I felt comfortable with my decision on whether to obtain service, or wait till I was in a position to pay out of pocket. As a woman, who's not a car guru, I was pleased with the overall service and trustworthiness.
