They don't know what they doing on my car, end up I have to pay almost $1000.00 for brake and muffler. Special brake job, the problem just only ABS unit it bad but they just changed master cylinder, rear caliper and they broke my lug nut wrench and I have to pay for it. This shop for my experience I'M NOT GO BACK FOR SO ANY SERVICES FOR SURE.

Friendly and polite. Took about 20 minutes longer than they said it would, but not a problem, because I had allowed extra time in my schedule in case of unexpected delays. I don't agree with their recommendation to change full-synthetic oil every 5 months or 5000 miles. The full-synthetic is way more expensive, so it has to hold-up a lot better than regular oil, to justify that extra cost. At almost 50,000 miles in 5 years, my 4-cylinder 2020 Sorento has never shown any sign of significant oil use. If it ever starts, I will pursue a warranty claim with Kia. Also, I don't consider my vehicle to be operating under severe weather in Chicago - it is lightly used, rarely parked outside for more than a couple of hours, and is garage-kept year-round.
