would have been 5 star if the parts they said were needed and ready were there when I showed up for my appointment time so it turned into and 2.5 hour experience just to get front brakes. other than that, alex told me everything i needed to know and gave me some advice on future needs

Hospitibility was good, everyone was nice ,Mngr explain everything that was done too my car, the only thing that was a problem was dog hair all in my driver side rug and ink pen mars in the roof of my vehicle looks like a kid did it,it's still in their , so i don't know how those things happen but they did,other than that you have gotten a 4 1/2 ok.

Alex and Amy are the best! They know me by name. I went to a friends mechanic and he messed my ac up so bad. I brought it in for Alex to look at it and knew exactly what was wrong and what the guy did and fixed it. Amy has been changing my cars oil for over a year now(since I got the car)She is very nice and knows what she is doing.

3-1/2 hours for full brake job front and rear, pads and rotors, and flush fill brake fluid. They rotated my tires when I requested it at no charge. Took in a movie next door at Alamo Movie Bar/Grill while I waited for my car. Nice folks.
