It was bad !!! They overcharged for something very simple. Also they tried to say it was a light on inside the truck with was not. Took some random picture of another vehicle to show us that a light was on . We have had that vehicle for 3 years and th engine light has never pop on. So I won't be taking my vehicle back again. You don't take advantage of good people.

The price fluctuations that initial quote was $1600 and after a protested it went down to $1300 and he initially said it would take a day in a half to be ready but that wasn't true either.

Was taken care of very quickly after signing in. Was happy to find that I didn't need brakes and wasn't scammed like some places who will try to sell you something you don't need. Nice! Decided to get my yearly inspection done while I was there and was in and out in a timely manner and able to get on with my day. Thanks Meineke!

They kept me updated on all parts of the process and took my multiple calls to check on the car (it was in the shop for 6 days). However they only told me I needed a new serpentine belt after they had already cut it off (to get to the part of my car they actually were trying to address)
