The vehicle was brought in for oil change and few days after, the engine light and associated lights turned on.. turning my dashboard into some disco lights. The vehicle was brought back to your shop, nobody said a word to us instead workers that I talked to were pushing the "ball" to next person, which ended with a lady who was not even on duty that day. Inasmuch as the vehicle was released to us, we have so far not gotten any official report about the car on what happened when the vehicle was brought in for service, and what needs to be done. I am talking to my lawyers about this issue because at the moment, my car cannot move anymore.
