They didn't reinstalled my skid plate and did not return my call. I have never had an oil stain in my driveway now I have an engine oil leak according to MEINEKE. They did a wonderful job with replacing my transmission but they have lost me as a customer over a return call.

I love the digital inspection process, they send you pictures so you can see what they see. Then they sent you an estimate and discuss it with you for your approval before performing any repairs.

Took my car in for the A/C. Was billed around $6,000 without explanation to the service being issued. When asked for a diagnostic sheet they could not provide me with one. Spent 200 dollars to not get my issue resolved whatsoever.

Hi, I'm trying to understand your complaint. How were you "billed $6,000"? We gave you an estimate for repairs, that's not "billing" someone. And the estimate we gave was $2,277.53 for the AC repair, and $618.59 for the purge valve, totaling $2,896.12. That's hardly $6,000. The diagnostic fees you paid were $168.47 after taxes, again, that is not the $200 amount that you stated in your review. We use diagnostic tablets, like every shop, and they don't print, so there is no "diagnostic sheet." I'd be happy to provide whatever help you feel you didn't get in understanding the issues with your vehicle. This is the first I've heard of any dissatisfaction you had with our shop, I didn't even know these reviews existed on CarFax until today. I don't know why you didn't just talk to us about it rather than put up false information online, if you had a legitimate gripe, why did you misrepresent the amounts we quoted?

Unfortunately I spend more time in the shop than I'd like. That being said there's no one else in town I'd rather have work on my Jeep. They're fast. Smart. Kind. Great mechanics. And I feel really look for ways to save me money and time without sacrificing anything on their end. How Sadie and James keep it together on the phone talking to customers and warranty companies I don't know.

I went to Meineke to have my brakes checked and serviced they told me that I needed both front and rear pads and a brake fluid flush. I asked them to save the old pads for me to view. After viewing them I realized that I could have gone several thousand miles on my front pads and I didn't need rear pads until probably next year sometime.

From the time setting up the appointment to checking out from the service that was given it was the best service that I had experience. The service was explained to me so that I would get understanding of what they were doing Mr Bobby was so knowledgeable in explaining to me what happened need to be done. Mr John came over and introduced himself offer me a cup of coffee, made me comfortable while I wait. The New Orleans store had a great manager several months ago . But now John the manager has a problem with color people and lose his temper when people question his invoice for their vehicle. He threatened me and told me to not come back to his freaking store. But 2 months ago I spent 2000. Dollars there and he refuses to accept the fact that the part that the installed was defective. Had to call corporate and try to resolve the issue. But I will take his advice and not go back.
