It's a pain, so I wanted my very local Meineke to do the work, since it was at their recommendation the last time the oil was changed. I called, and they got my car scheduled right away. Between call and completion about an hour. No wait was required.

The staff was friendly, but didn't tell me about my near balding tires until after they had already put them back on the car and didn't mention it when they put the snow tires on at the beginning of winter. Otherwise I would have just got new tires and had them put them on. Basically 100-200 dollars I didn't need to spend. This store is usually great, so I just think that was a slip up on their part.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and overall I had a good experience. I thought $150 for an inspection that didn't yield any results was pretty steep. I basically paid that to get told to take it to a dodge dealer. I think the staff did the job to the best of their abilities, but corporate should reduce prices for inspections that do not lead to repairs/ service.

I like their transparent service. They are very clear about what service they are providing and what future works your vehicle needs. I am very pleased with their inspection live photos with detail report. Minus 1 star due to charging transaction fees if you pay with card!

Love my local Meineke!! All the staff is super helpful with any questions and if they dont know the answer they find it out for you. Services were completed in a timely manner and they dont try to tell you a bunch of stuff needs done to your cr that doesnt really need done.

Took a little longer than I expected because they were transitioning to a new electronic payment and service record system, but they did an apparently good job, at a very reasonable rate. I can hardly justify changing my own oil for the price I paid.
