It wasn't bad but $85 for an oil change is a little pricey and it took them an hour and a half I did make an appointment. They did have a TV in the waiting room and free coffee and the person at the counter went over other things that were wrong with my vehicle and offered to fix them but I doubt they would have had it done that day. Not a horrible experience but a little long wait for an oil change

They really do their best here to fix your car or tell you the best way to get it done if you cant afford it. They seem to go the extra mile in my experience.

However, recently i tried to get an oil change scheduled because I had points to use; I found their computer listed i had zero number of points...somehow my points got zeroed out! Bummer.

The mechanic was very knowledgeable with what my car needed. They showed me where the noise was coming from while it was on the jack so that I could actually see the issue. They didn't just give me a price. I appreciate the information and after my car was returned, the problem was fixed.

The service I took it in for was not done properly and when I asked them about it they made it seem like it was normal for my type of car and also tried being fair by not charging me another diagnostic. Anyways not a good experience so far, them charging so much for what gets done is not a good ratio.

My electric windows stopped working, the folks at Meinke on Milwuakee St in Madison WI were able to trouble shoot and fix the problem as well as perform an oil change in under an hour and a half. They have a great team there, I am always happy with the work and the prices they charge, very reasonable.

Prior to getting oil change, there was no leak, as in day of. Till vehicle was hoisted, then low and behold there was a leak that appeared to have there for some time....fascinating.
Plus they are way to expensive. My next choice and always will be carmax.
