I came in with a crazy code on our 2017 Ford Edge that kept resetting, hampering the diagnosis of the problem. After extensive driving with a code reader, the technicians at Meineke identified the problem and replaced the defective part with a new one.

I would've given a perfect score but the timeframe was my biggest issue. Communication was perfect, and they worked with my on my budget! They had construction on their parking lot which caused the timeframe to be extended but other than that all around great service, and honesty!

Great people... We were in Lubbock from Houston visiting our daughter at Texas Tech, when we had unexpected car trouble. Most service centers were closed on Saturday or had already booked up. They too had no openings however figured out how to get us in and on the road. I would definitely recommend them as they seem to care about more than just making money.
