Service was good and performed ordered work, but technician told me before I checked out that one headlight and tail light was out and could replace them now. The vehicle has all led lights all around and is still under Manufacturers wrap around warranty, so I declined service. Afterwards I checked all lights and they were operational. Perhaps he confused me for another customer.

Needing an inspection I went back and Naomi was VERY helpful. The other 2 ladies that also helped me (didn't get their names) were very willing to answer any questions I had. The service was prompt and efficient. I will continue to go back.

Made an appt. for an oil change and my car was taken in right when I arrived. I hardly got 1/8 of a current, interesting magazine read in their nice, clean, well appointed waiting room, even equipped with a clean dog bed (!) when I was told my car was ready. Wow, I've never had such a fast oil change, and they even remembered to reset the maintenance reminder on the dash. I will definitely return!

This is the second year in a row that I have taken my car to Meineke, I mean an inspection is only $13.50, so What kind of a review do you leave for that, But I will say the ladies in the front office were extremely nice, The guy who did the inspection came in and told me. I needed a brake light bulb, So I guess I would have to say that all in all. My experience with Meineke was pretty good.

We were on vacation and had to get a noise checked out before heading home. We were a little apprehensive that wed be victims of price gauging or not an honest diagnosis and/or have to wait a long time without an appt since we were out of towners. Instead they checked the car and fixed it and charged us reasonably within a few hours . We made it home safely. Would highly recommend Meineke in Kills Devil Hills, NC.
