Garbage. Went for an oil change and top off washer fluid. I was told that was part of the service but apparently if it doesn't trip a sensor while stationary, it won't be taken care of. Specific request ignored. I'd like to be heard one singular time at a repair shop. Probably going to lose my business in the future.

Horrible I would never take my vehicle to any of there shops ever again. The shop on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis Indiana is a joke. I took my vehicle in for work it took almost 4 months and when I was told to pick it up had to have it towed away meineke car care is a joke save your money go somewhere else

DECIEVING!! they tried to get me to do the same services that were performed on my car (by this same shop) Dec 2023. Had they checked they system, they would have seen it. But the guy whom did my car, left it grease messy on my door and my drivers seat. I am truly not happy with this visit.

12:00 appointment, didn't get to my car until1:15. The service was good but it took another hour for an inspection and oil change...bit longer than I expected. The gentleman that waited on me was extremely apologetic and a bit swamped. He could have made a bad situation worse if not for his good attitude.

Well I took my car in to find out why the front end was checking they told me it was a control arm and the alignment and ball joints $646 and some change and my car is still shaking so they did not fix what I originally had them fixed and then it was a oil leak in my axle then I got charged 519 for that and my car is still shaking I am very disappointed in meineke and I will not be back there
