Ok, but not great. Ultimately was surprised as a transmission place to come up with the most expensive solution and the longest time to get done. Ultimately we're $5,000 more and would have taken 2 weeks instead of two day. I know they had to outsource, but very disappointing.

Tire was checked quickly by an experienced technician. He taught the young technician a lesson and showed him how to use common sense to eliminate time. Oil change was done quickly too. The manager and technicians are honest. They didnt make me do work that wasnt required. I appreciate that. I will definitely recommend this location. I missed my friend Sam but other manager took care of me. I am a satisfied customer.

My car had 76,784 miles when I went to Meineke now I am finding out they had write 87,784 instead of 76,784. I reported the problem to Meineke headquarters they told me I of to report it to carfax and its illegal for them to fix it. So it's not illegal for them to write in false numbers

Very bad service. Owner tries so scam people. He charged me 200$ for front brakes replacement. When 3 months before I did the same work for rear brakes in the same place for 100$. He says front brakes are bigger thats why they 100$ more. If you go to this place check your bill carefully!

I went in just to ask if my brake pads were worn enough to need to be replaced. They were explaining that rotors would need to be replaced as well if the brake pads were low The rotors were in perfect condition once they actually looked at the car, they said only the front brake pads needed to be replaced, but I'm not even sure that was true. They were attempting to get me to replace several things that did not need to be fixed. There was a piece of metal on the surface of a tire that they claimed needed a $40 patch. When I took the car elsewhere the piece of metal hadn't even penetrated the tire and no service was necessary. The whole experience felt like an attempt to get me to service things that did not need servicing.
