I went to get a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The sticker they put on reflected that I had received a regular oil change. The 8 am appt took 3 hours because it was chaotic and unorganized. They didn't check my tire pressure. They tried to sell me additional services for almost $2000 more. They told me that the tires I just purchased in June verified size the manufacturer sticker were the wrong size.

I have a knocking noise which was said to he the tensioner. It was replaced and the noise is still there. I have had three AC compressors put in my car and the last one is I believe responsible for the noise, although the first two didn't work they did not make this noise. I hope I can get this taken care of, I have spent over $3,500 in the last two months and I'm not satisfied.

This was a painless and fast experience to get my wheel axle fixed and an alignment all int time for me to be at work on time. The manager was actually upset he was a few minutes behind the time he quoted me! I appreciated the sincerity. Love this shop!

Had coolant issue - needed coolant flush and top radiator hose replaced. I was visiting Charlotte for the day and the people at Meineke made me a priority, got my car repaired and had me back on the road by 4pm. The ride home with air conditioning was fantastic!!!

I called ahead and was told it would only be a 20-30 minute wait to get a state inspection. Upon arrival, I was directed into the front check-in. The lady at the desk was very friendly. They got my car in right away and swiftly did the inspection. All very easy and smooth.

It wasnt an issue with getting in to have my car serviced. While waiting, staff were drinking juice, talking with each other, and looking at other vehicles. I told the cashier that it was fine to change the air filter. After my husband had to go ask what was going on after 2.5 hours, the hood was still up and the attendant informed that the air filter wasnt changed. I was so frustrated we just left. Ill never return again.

I had a same day service appointment for tire alignment at 1:30 pm. Was told it should take 1 maybe 1 1/2 hours to complete. Took 2 and half hours. Car was in the bay for almost an hour before service started. But once they started it took the hour or so to finish. Not ideal, but I got my tires aligned
